Welcome to the web site and services provided by Central Coast School of Yoga (CCSY) (collectively “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These terms and conditions govern your use of this web site. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the site.

CCSY may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the web site. Liability
The information within the online library, videos or other offerings are not a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
As part of these terms you agree to the following Release of Liability:
I confirm and agree that the following terms, conditions and undertakings apply to the yoga exercises and training to be provided to me by the Central Coast School of Yoga (CCSY).
- I have been examined by a licensed medical practitioner within the past 6 months and have been found to be able to perform the yoga exercises that I am to perform during my enrolment with CCSY.
- I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by CCSY and its teachers as to when, where and how to perform the yoga exercises.
- I agree and acknowledge that participation in any yoga exercise could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself including permanent paralysis or death. I acknowledge that neither CCSY, its owners, teachers, independent contractors or employees shall be, nor be deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract, or in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or mishap I sustain arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the yoga exercises.
- I understand and acknowledge that I am able to receive instruction in yoga exercises and theory only. CCSY, its owners, teachers and employees are not liable for, nor expected to provide any advice, training or medical assistance other than in the form of the yoga exercises.
- I indemnify and will at all times hereafter well and sufficiently indemnify and keep fully indemnified CCSY, its owners, teachers and employees from and against all actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, claims, costs and expenses whatsoever which may be taken or made against CCSY, its owners, teachers, independent contractors or employees in connection with or arising out of any such injury, illness or mishap to me.
Access
Access to this web site and its offerings is available anywhere in the world, to the best of our knowledge.
Due to circumstances outside of our control, access to the resources on this web site may sometimes not be available. We will endeavour to work urgently with the parties involved to fix the access issues.
CCSY will not be liable for any damages or refunds arising out of the inability to use the materials on the CCSY web site.
At the end of the term of your membership, access to the videos and other offerings on this web site will be terminated.
You agree that you will not share your account login and password with others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password to access the web site, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or any other breach of security related to the web site. We reserve the right to require you to alter your password if we believe that your password is no longer secure.
You agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately safeguard your password.
Refunds
The fees paid to CCSY are non-refundable.
We suggest that you try out the 1 day access package first to see if it is suitable for you.
CCSY may, in its sole discretion, grant refunds to you without prejudicing any of its rights.
If you are found to be in violation of our terms, your membership or registration will be cancelled without refund, exchange or transfer.
Security
We use PayPal to handle the financial transaction – your credit card details are therefore secure and are not stored on this web site or by CCSY. Your details are encrypted and converted into code before they are transmitted to PayPal.
Please ensure that you keep any log in details and passwords secret. This is your sole responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your membership account.
Please let us know immediately if you think that someone may have accessed your account without authorisation and change your password online if you think your password security has been breached.
Privacy Policy
Any information we collect when you make a purchase on this web site is only used to identify your purchase and allow you access to the products. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone else.
We use cookies to allow you to log in to your account and purchase items. We also use cookies to help enhance your web site experience – they allow us to keep track of the way that customers use our site. We don’t treat the data collected as personal information or use it in association with other personal information.
