Now we’re into the cooler months, Tracey is back with her warm steady flow class on Tues and Thurs mornings at 7am and Saturday at 8am.
Room is heated to 34c.

You can do yoga with us from home if you’re not able to get to the studio:

  • Online Library – practice when you want
  • Live online Hatha yoga classes via Zoom – booking is required
  • Private yoga therapy classes via Zoom available

Foundation Basics Beginners Course

A 4 week course of unlimited yoga classes for $129!
Get fitter and more flexible for summer and learn all about yoga!

The best option for:

  • beginners
  • anyone new to our school
  • those coming back to yoga or from injury and wanting to get back up to speed
  • existing students – this course will greatly enhance your understanding during regular classes as well as offering a framework to establish a ‘home practice’.

Our next course start dates: the week beginning 22nd August and 19th September.


We offer a variety of classes morning and evening Monday to Saturday and a class on Sunday.

$20 for 24 hour access
$35 for a week’s access


We provide a flexible range of class passes and membership options.

We offer beginners, level 1 and level 2 Hatha yoga classes (face-to-face and online)  and also one-to-one private therapy classes.
