    We're changing the Tuesday 7.45pm Hot class to a Hatha 1-2 class;
    Thurs 7.30pm class to Hatha 2;
    and a brand new class! Hot yoga 1-2 with Tracey on Fridays at 7am.

    Aimed at getting a good understanding in the basics of yoga, it is suitable for all, whatever your experience of yoga so far.
